Common use of Purchase Transaction Clause in Contracts

Purchase Transaction. If you fail to provide sufficient and cleared funds to settle a purchase Transaction, you hereby authorize CSSS to (a) set off any amount receivable from and amount payable to you arising from securities dealing; or (b) sell the purchased Securities in order to settle the Transaction.
