Common use of Purchaser Subsequent Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Subsequent Closing Deliveries. On or prior to each Subsequent Closing Date, each Purchaser participating in such Subsequent Closing shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company such Purchaser’s Subsequent Closing Subscription Amount minus applicable legal fees and expenses of such Purchaser to be reimbursed to such Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.2, by wire transfer to the Escrow Agent to the account specified in Schedule 2.1(c) hereto and the Registration Rights Agreement relating to such Closing duly executed by such Purchaser.

Purchaser Subsequent Closing Deliveries. On or prior to each Subsequent Closing Date, each Purchaser participating in such Subsequent Closing shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company Company: (i) such Purchaser’s Subsequent Closing Subscription Amount minus applicable legal fees and expenses of such Purchaser to be reimbursed to such Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.2, by wire transfer to the Escrow Agent to the account specified in Schedule 2.1(c) hereto Company and the Registration Rights Agreement relating to such Closing duly executed by such Purchaser; and (ii) the applicable Commitment Share Allocation Table;.
