Purchaser's Investment Representations. Each Purchaser represents that the Series A Preferred Stock purchased or acquired hereunder by such Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement will be acquired for such Purchaser own account and not with a view to, or intention of, distribution thereof in violation of any applicable securities laws, and the Series A Preferred Stock will not be disposed of in contravention of any such laws.
