Common use of Purchaser’s Obligations at Closing Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Obligations at Closing. At Closing, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller the following: (a) the Purchase Price in accordance with the provisions of Article 2; and (b) closing or settlement statements, and such other documents or instruments as may be required by applicable law or as Seller, Seller’s attorney or Title Company may reasonably request in order to effectuate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Obligations at Closing. At ClosingIn addition to delivery of the balance of the Purchase Price as described in Section 2.2., Purchaser shall execute and deliver the following to Seller the followingat Closing: (a) Such affidavits, instruments or agreements that may be required by the Purchase Price Title Company in accordance with its issuance of the provisions policy of Article 2; andtitle insurance pursuant to the Title Commitment. (b) closing or settlement statements, A statement which reflects the settlements and such prorations provided for in Section 9. (c) Such other documents or instruments as that may be required by applicable law or as Seller, Seller’s attorney or Title Company may reasonably request in order necessary to effectuate carry out the transaction contemplated by purposes of this Agreement.
