Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Term Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, F.S., may purchase products and services under this Term Contract. Any entity making a purchase off of this Term Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Term Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Term Contract.

Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Term Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, F.S., may purchase products and services under this Term Contract from any of Contractor’s locations statewide. The Contractor agrees that all products and services provided to the Department of Revenue under the Master Contract will apply to Customer purchases pursuant to this Term Contract. Any entity making a purchase off of this Term Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Term Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Term Contract.
