Common use of Purchases Through a Partner Clause in Contracts

Purchases Through a Partner. For any Solutions purchased by Customer through a Partner, the pricing and payment terms are established through the Order entered into by and between Customer and such Partner and all pay- ments will be made directly to Partner.
