Common use of Purchases Through a Partner Clause in Contracts

Purchases Through a Partner. For any Solutions purchased by Customer through a Partner, the pricing and payment terms are established through the Order entered into by and between Customer and such Partner and all payments will be made directly to Partner. AvePoint shall not be liable to Customer or to any third party for any lia- bilities, claims, or expenses arising from or relating to any suspension or termination of Services in accordance with this Section 4.2.2.
