Common use of Purchasing Entity Reports Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Entity Reports. All of the following reports shall be provided to the Purchasing Entity, at no cost, and upon request by the Purchasing Entity. i) Monthly report of any travel related data and charges for all Travelers. ii) Ad-Hoc report based on the criteria the Purchasing Entity specifies. iii) Unused ticket report for all Travelers.
