The "Purchasing for Investment Only" clause establishes that the buyer is acquiring securities solely for investment purposes and not with the intention to resell or distribute them. Purchasing for Investment Only. Unless paragraph (o) below applies, the Purchaser is purchasing the Shares and Warrants for investment only and not with a view to resale or distribution;
