PURPOSE AND APPLICATION OF COALITION LABOR AGREEMENT. 5 1.1 The purpose of this Agreement, which serves as an Appendix to the Coalition Labor 6 Agreement (CLA) is to promote the continued improvement of the relationship between the County 7 and its employees through their Union.
