Purpose and Application. This Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Procedure applies to individuals occupying a room in one of the University of Ottawa operated residences. This document provides Housing Service with a disciplinary procedure by which it may impose discipline on a resident for violation of this code, the Residence Agreement, or any other HS or University of Ottawa policies and regulations.
