PURPOSE AND COVERAGE. 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious relationship between the employer and its employees, and to provide an orderly and amicable method of settling any differences or grievances, which might possibly arise. 1.02 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the employer save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, Department Head’s confidential assistant, registered and graduate nurses, interns and students.
