Purpose and Lawful Basis for Processing. (1) The Platform shall only use the Personal Data for purposes directly related to the services provided under this Agreement, including transaction processing, tax reporting, legal compliance, or as otherwise required by law. The lawful basis for processing such Personal Data shall be the necessity of the data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

  • Scope of Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Okta is the performance of the Service pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Appendix 1 to this DPA.

The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award. For purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Produced in the United States” means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stag through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States. Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, class, including optical fiber, and lumber. Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, Vendor certifies that to the greatest extent practicable Vendor will provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products).   • Nature and Purpose of Processing The Parties will Process Shared Personal Data only as necessary to perform under and pursuant to the Applicable Agreements, and subject to this Data Processing Addendum, including as further instructed by Data Subjects.

  • Duration of Processing Subject to any Section of the DPA and/or the Agreement dealing with the duration of the Processing and the consequences of the expiration or termination thereof, Data Processor will Process Personal Data for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
