Purpose and Objectives. 021 The primary purpose of this procedure shall be to obtain, at the lowest administrative level and in the shortest period of time, equitable solutions to grievances, which may arise from time to time. Both the Board and the Association agree that grievance proceedings shall be handled in a confidential manner. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the individual rights of a teacher having a compliant or problem to discuss the matter informally with members of the Administration through normal channels of communication, without intervention and/or consultation of the Association, provided the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of the existing Agreement.
