Common use of Purpose of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Amendment. This amendment 1) modifies the terms and conditions; and 2) increases the budget in year 2 and year 3 to compensate the Contractor for performing additional services, and identifies the changes in Exhibit B, Attachment I A1 - Funding Amounts.

The contractor is performing more of the same services as outlined in the original contract.
