Common use of Purpose of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Assessments. The Assessments provided for in this Declaration shall be used for the general purposes of promoting the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit and enjoyment of the Owners and Occupants of the Development, and maintaining the Development and improvements therein, all as may be more specifically authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Purpose of Assessments. The Assessments provided for in this Declaration shall be used for the general purposes of promoting exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit safety and enjoyment welfare of the Owners Owners, and Occupants to improve, maintain, refurbish, and otherwise keep in good condition the Tract and the Common Property, and to pay any expenses incurred by the Managing Agent or the Association in the performance of the DevelopmentManaging Agent’s or the Association’s duties, and maintaining in the Development payment of all liens and improvements thereinassessments, all as may be more specifically authorized from time to time by including taxes and common utilities, against the Board of DirectorsTract and Common Property.
