Common use of Purpose of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Assessments. The annual and special Assessments provided for herein shall be used for the payment of Common Expenses (not including any Clubhouse or any Swim and Tennis Facilities) and for the general purposes of promoting the recreational, health, education, safety, welfare, common benefit and enjoyment of the Owners and Occupants of the Property, and otherwise for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Property.
