Common use of Purpose of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Assessments. All Assessments shall be made solely for the purpose of conducting subsequent operations on Prospects upon which evaluation had begun during the Partnership’s initial operations, or on leases sufficiently related to such Prospects as to merit, in the Managing General Partner’s judgment, additional operations to fully develop those Prospects.
