Purpose of Easement Clause Samples
The "Purpose of Easement" clause defines the specific uses and activities for which the easement is granted. It typically outlines whether the easement is for access, utilities, drainage, or other particular purposes, and may set boundaries on what the easement holder can and cannot do within the easement area. By clearly stating the intended use, this clause helps prevent disputes by ensuring both parties understand the scope of rights granted and the limitations imposed, thereby maintaining clarity and protecting the interests of both the property owner and the easement holder.
