Purpose of Evaluations. The Association and the Board recognize the value of the evaluation process. The primary purpose of Employee evaluation shall be the assessment/improvement of the Employee’s job performance. The Association acknowledges that the Employer and Association shall establish performance standards for the Employee evaluation.
