Common use of Purpose of Flight Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Flight. Owner will use the Aircraft only for purposes expressly permitted by Part 91, of the FAR. In connection with the use and operation of the Aircraft, Owner shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable FAR.
