Common use of Purpose of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 13 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequencesor the rescission of any acceleration, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 67; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 78; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 10 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 67; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 78; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0211.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6VI; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7VII; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0210.2; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Combined Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Combined Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Combined Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article ‎Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) : to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder (in each case, as permitted under this Indenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article ‎Article 6; (b) ; to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article ‎Article 7; (c) ; to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section ‎Section 10.02; or (d) or to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 14 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 64; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7Six of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.027.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders of the Notes may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 6 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders of the Notes pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 65; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7Section 609 of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.027.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of the Notes of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 10 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 67 hereof; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 78 hereof; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or11.2 hereof; (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law; or (e) to take any other action authorized by this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 7 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 65; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7Seven of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 11 for any of the following purposes:: 66 (ai) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 68; (bii) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 79; (ciii) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0212.02; or (div) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 X for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6VII; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7VIII; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or11.2; (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law; or (e) to take any other action authorized by this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Noteholders of any series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 X for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder with respect to such series and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6VII; (b2) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7VIII; (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0211.2; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes of such series under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder (in each case, as permitted under the Indenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6; (b2) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7; (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of Debentureholders Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 7 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Debentureholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 65; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7Section 9.09 of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Debentures Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.
