Common use of Purpose of the Account Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the Account. I represent the Account is being opened to save for Qualified Disability Expenses of the Beneficiary. I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that contributions and investment returns, if any, in the Account will be sufficient to cover the Qualified Disability Expenses of the Beneficiary.
