Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Libya for the implementation of the project “Multi-Sectoral Support For Vulnerable Migrants in Libya” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex, if any. 2.2. The following documents form an integral part of this Arrangement: (a) Annex A – Project Document, Work Plan and Project Budget; and
