Purpose of the Lease. 7.1 MediWound declares and undertakes that it is renting the Premises for use in the nature of biotechnology and pharmaceutical research, development, services and production of clinical trial and commercial material in the field of life-sciences, medical devices and general health care. 7.2 CLS hereby declares that to the best of its knowledge, the purposes set forth in Section 7.1 conform to the uses which are permitted in the current applicable city planning program (“Taba”).
