Common use of Purpose of the Lease Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the Lease. The Lessee undertakes to use the Property solely for the purpose of management of its office and business in the field of hi-tech industry and/or biotechnology and/or converging fields, and for this purpose alone, all subject to the provisions of Zoning Plan 3760 A. The Lessee hereby undertakes to neither use nor allow use of the Property or any part thereof for any other purpose whatsoever other than the aforementioned purpose, and the Lessee may not engage at the Property in any other business and/or manufacture and/or sell and/or market at the Property products, consumer goods, merchandise or other services of any type whatsoever, other than the ones included within the purpose of the lease as specified below.
