Common use of Purpose of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Purpose of the Premises. The Premises are to be used for office purposes. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Party B shall not change the purpose of the Premises.

Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Party B may not use the Premises for any purpose without the written consent of Party A. Party B shall not at its cost complete all the formalities necessary for change of such purpose according to the purpose of the Premisesrelevant governmental regulations.
