Purpose of the Processing. The processing serves the purpose of provision of the Services outlined in the Software-as-a-Service Agreement. Insofar as Rencore processes personal data in order to assist Customer in fulfilling its obligation to respond to requests to exercise the data subject rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR (Section 5.5 of this DPA), the processing also serves the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of the controller under Chapter III of the GDPR. Insofar as Rencore processes personal data in order to assist Customer in fulfilling the obligations set out in Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR (Section 5.6 of this DPA), the processing shall also serve the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of the controller under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR.
