Purpose of the Program. It shall be the purpose and responsibility of the Regional Occupational Program Governing Council exercising-administrative responsibility for this program to plan, implement, and service, with the participating school districts, the vocational needs of people and communities in the area comprising the Mission Valley Regional Occupational Center/Program.
