PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS. The purpose of this DPA is to identify processing activities of the Data Processor, whilst providing its service (the EGA Service/s) to the Data Controller and the global scientific community, to store submitted dataset(s) of genetic and phenotypic Personal Data with EGA and to distribute these dataset(s) upon DAC decision to various Recipients, requesting access to these data. Acceptance of this DPA implies the commitment to comply with the rights and obligations defined herein and with the requirements established by the legislation on data protection regarding processing of the Personal data defined in Section 3.
