Purpose of Use. i. The Lessee shall use the Leased Land only for the purpose of ______________ [To be inserted by NRDA] as approved by the Lessor. The Lessee shall not use the Leased Land or any part thereof for any other purpose without the prior permission in writing of the Chief Executive Officer, NRDA provided that the Leased Land shall not in any case be used for the purpose of factory or any industry which by reason of emission of odour, liquid, effluvia, dust, smoke gas noise vibration or fire hazards is declared as obnoxious by the Lessor. ii. The Lessee shall not carry any offensive trade or business on the Leased Land. The decision of NRDA with regard to what constitutes offensive trade and business shall be final and binding on Lessee. iii. In the event during the Term hereof, the Lessee utilizes the Leased Land for the purpose other than specified herein without prior permission of the Lessor, the Lessor shall have right to terminate this Agreement and resume the Leased Land or any unutilized portion thereof in accordance with the prevailing policy.
