Purposes and Activities. (i) Be organized and operated at all times primarily to promote the common business interests of its members within the meaning of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and to ensure a positive operating environment for the Industry. (ii) Not be a chapter or affiliate of another organization that competes with GBTA in the Industry.
