Purposes of Evaluation. The evaluation procedures have the following purpose: 14.3.1 To comply with the requirements of state law. 14.3.2 To upgrade the quality of instructional services provided for the students. 14.3.3 To identify and recognize outstanding, professional performance of individual staff members. 14.3.4 To identify areas of weakness in the performance of individual staff members so that proper procedures of assistance can be designed to support them to become more effective in the performance of their assigned duties. 14.3.5 To identify staff members whose services are unsatisfactory.
