Purposes of Evaluation. The Board and the Union agree that the purposes of employee evaluation are to: 1. Improve employee performance as outlined in the job description; 2. Clarify the performance expectations of the employee as determined by the administration; and 3. Provide a means for the administration to direct improvement and the employee to assume responsibility for it.
