Pursuant to 2. the land use by-law may regulate the number, size, height, illumination and location of signs. The applicant has not stated if there are signs associated with the existing daycare. The use would be required to comply with the land use by- law Section 34 of the R-1 Zone. This section permits a sign not exceeding two square feet in size for a daycare facility in the R-1 zone. Controls will be placed within the DA referencing signage.
