Common use of Pursuant to Fla Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §448.095, if Contractor enters into a contract with a subcontractor(s) for the labor, supplies or services provided under this contract or solicitation, Contractor must require that the subcontractor(s) provide it with an affidavit stating that the subcontractor does not employ, contract with, or subcontract with an unauthorized alien. The Contractor understands that it must maintain a copy of such affidavit for the duration of the contract or solicitation.
