Common use of Pursuant to Wyo Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 21-2-706, state funding is based upon the state December 1 child count. The state per-child rate for eligible children ages three (3) through five (5) years for Fiscal Year 2024 is eleven thousand, five hundred sixty-seven dollars and twenty-nine cents ($11,567.29). (i) Total per-child rate for eligible children is nine thousand, two hundred sixty-nine dollars and fourteen cents ($9,269.14). The total state funding for (ii) Total per-child rate for social-emotional development services is five hundred thirteen dollars and forty-two cents ($513.42). This includes training for community providers in accordance with Wyo. Stat. §21-2- 706(d)(ii). The total state funding for social-emotional development services is ninety-seven thousand, thirty-six dollars and thirty-eight cents ($97,036.38). (iii) Total external cost adjustment per-child rate for eligible children is one thousand, seven hundred eighty-four dollars and seventy-three cents ($1,784.73) for a total amount of three hundred thirty-seven thousand, three hundred thirteen dollars and ninety-seven cents ($337,313.97).
