Put Option Exercise Notice. In order to exercise the Put Option, the Stockholders shall send, by written notice during the Option Period a completed irrevocable exercise notice in the applicable form attached hereto as Exhibit A to the Stockholders (the “Put Option Exercise Notice”) specifying the number of Interests to be purchased by Pubco pursuant to such exercise of the Put Option (such Interests, the “Put Interests”).
