Common use of Qualification in State Clause in Contracts

Qualification in State. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.3 hereof, the Borrower agrees that throughout the term of this Loan Agreement, it will be qualified to do business in the State.

Qualification in State. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.3 4.02 hereof, the Borrower agrees that throughout the term of this Forgivable Loan Agreement, it will be qualified to do business in the State.

Qualification in State. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.3 8.03 hereof, the Borrower agrees that throughout the term of this Loan Agreement, it will be qualified to do business in the State.
