Qualification of Vendor. Vendor shall be prepared, if so requested by DPS, to present evidence of his experience, qualifications and financial ability to carry out the identified scope of work and to meet requirements of the Agreement.
Qualification of Vendor. All work shall be to the quality and standard as required by the owner. The nature of available accessories, measurement devices, and workmen skill will also be evaluated.
