Qualification; Priority; Contractors’ Coverage. The insurer must be authorised to do business under the laws of the Cayman Islands and have an “A” or better rating in AM Best’s Guide. Such insurance will be primary. All contractors and all of their subcontractors who perform work on behalf of Attaching Utility shall carry, in full force and effect, worker’s compensation and employer’s liability, comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage’s of the type that Attaching Utility is required to obtain under this Article with the same limits.
