QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. Contractor represents that the person or persons who will work under this Agreement possesses the training, skills, and experience necessary to provide the services described in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. Contractor shall ensure that all personnel who are performing services under this Agreement maintain any necessary, current, valid, and unrestricted licenses or certifications required to perform their duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. The Executive shall at all times during the term of this Agreement: (i) maintain an unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine; (ii) maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at all medical facilities served or serviced by the Executive, and use his best efforts to gain and maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at any additional medical facilities reasonably identified by the Company; (iii) comply with the applicable Board of Medicine and the Company’s continuing medical education (“CME”) requirements; (iv) carry out the Executive’s responsibilities on a professional, ethical and diligent basis in order to serve the best interests of the Company’s patients, customers and clients; and (v) comply with such other requirements applicable to all of the Company’s physician employees as the Board of Directors of the Company may hereinafter impose, including without limitation the Company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. The Employee shall at all times during the term of this Agreement: (i) be certified by the American Board of Pathology in both clinical and anatomic pathology; (ii) maintain an unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida; (iii) maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at all medical facilities where necessary as determined by the Company; (iv) comply with the Florida Board of Medicine and the Company's continuing medical education ("CME") requirements; (v) carry out the Employee's responsibilities on a professional, ethical and diligent basis in order to serve the best interests of the Company's patients, customers and clients; and (vi) comply with such other requirements applicable to all of the Company's physician employees as the Board of Directors of the Company may hereinafter impose.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. The Employee shall at all times during ---------------------------- the term of this Agreement: (i) be certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic pathology or be Board Eligible; (ii) maintain an unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida; (iii) maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at all medical facilities presently served or serviced by the Employee, and use his best efforts to gain and maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at any additional medical facilities identified by the Company; (iv) comply with the Florida Board of Medicine and the Company's continuing medical education ("CME") requirements; (v) carry out the Employee's responsibilities on a professional, ethical and diligent basis in order to serve the best interests of the Company's patients, customers and clients; and (vi) comply with such other requirements applicable to all of the Company's physician employees as the Board of Directors of the Company may hereinafter reasonably impose, including without limitation the Company's rules, regulations, policies and procedures (the "Rules and Regulations") to the extent that such Rules and Regulations are reasonable and do not conflict with the Employee's rights provided by this Agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. The Employee shall at all times during the Term: (i) be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic and clinical pathology; (ii) maintain an unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio and any other states required by the Company; (iii) maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at all medical facilities presently served or serviced by the Employee and use Employee’s best efforts to gain and maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at any additional medical facilities identified by the Company; (iv) comply with the Ohio Board of Medicine and the Company’s continuing medical education (“CME”) requirements; (v) carry out the Employee’s responsibilities on a professional, ethical and diligent basis in order to serve the best interests of the Company’s patients, customers and clients; and (vi) comply with such other requirements as the Board of Directors or Chief Executive Officer of the Company may hereinafter reasonably require, including without limitation the Company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures, as in effect and communicated to the Employee in writing and as revised from time to time (clauses (i) through (vi), the “Rules and Regulations”).
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. The Employee shall at all times during the term of this Agreement: (i) be certified by the American Board of Pathology in at least anatomic pathology or be Board Eligible; (ii) maintain an unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas; (iii) maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at all medical facilities presently served or serviced by the Employee, and use his best efforts to gain and maintain appropriate medical staff membership and privileges at any additional medical facilities jointly identified by the Company and the Employee; (iv) comply with the Texas Board of Medicine and the Company’s continuing medical education (“CME”) requirements, as required by the Managing Director; (v) carry out the Employee’s responsibilities on a professional, ethical and diligent basis in order to serve the best interests of the Company’s patients, customers and clients; and (vi) comply with such other requirements applicable to all of the Company’s physician employees as the Board of Directors of the Company may hereinafter reasonably impose, including without limitation the Company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures (the “Rules and Regulations”).
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. Each new member of the certified staff shall have a current Illinois license which legally qualifies him/her for the duties for which he/she is employed. The staff member shall be responsible for securing and maintaining a valid license. Professional-educator licensed staff will be reimbursed $50 for the periodic renewal fee for licensure. A copy of the license must be placed on file in the Superintendent's office and must be accompanied by an official transcript of college credits or with adequate confirmation of credit earned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE. Contractor represents that the person or persons who will work under this Agreement possesses the training, skills, and experience necessary to provide the services described in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. Contractor shall ensure that all personnel (hereinafter “Contractor’s Personnel”) who are performing services under this Agreement maintain current, valid, and unrestricted licenses to practice law in Indiana. Contractor shall notify the Corporation Counsel, in writing and within twenty-four (24) hours after Contractor becomes aware of (a) any information indicating that any of Contractor’s Personnel do not meet any qualifications set forth above (b) any claim, lawsuit or administrative proceedings initiated against any of Contractor’s Personnel by a professional agency, court, or state licensing or regulatory body; (c) if there is a change in Contactor’s or Contractor’s Personnel professional liability insurance coverage; (d) any other matter that would impair Contractor’s ability to perform this Agreement or Contractor’s Personnel’s ability to practice law or otherwise provide the services specified in this Agreement; or (e) any other information concerning Contractor or Contractor’s Personnel working on the services outlined in this Agreement that reasonably could impair Contractor’s reputation or result in liability to the City.
