Qualifications on entitlements and eligibility. 7.4.4.1 An employee engaged upon casual or seasonal work is not entitled to 7.4.4.2 An entitlement to parental leave is subject to the employee having at least 12 months of continuous service with the employer immediately preceding: (a) in the case of maternity leave, the expected date of birth; or otherwise (b) the date on which the leave is due to commence.
