Common use of Qualified Applicant Clause in Contracts

Qualified Applicant. A qualified applicant shall have a legal or equitable interest in the real property which is the subject of the proposed Development Agreement. The Community Development Director shall require an applicant to submit proof of its interest in the real property and of the authority of any agent to act for the applicant.
