Common use of Qualified Termination Clause in Contracts

Qualified Termination. Subject to the Executive’s delivery of a Release as described below, if the Executive is discharged by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, then, the Company will provide the Executive with the payments and benefits described in this Agreement. Such types of termination of employment are referred to herein as a “Qualified Termination.”

Qualified Termination. Subject to the Executive’s delivery of a Release as described below, if the Executive is discharged by the Company on or after the first anniversary of Executive’s employment with the Company, other than for Cause or Disability, then, the Company will provide the Executive with the payments and benefits described in this Agreement. Such types of termination of employment are referred to herein as a “Qualified Termination.”
