Qualified Users Clause Samples

The "Qualified Users" clause defines which individuals or entities are permitted to access or use a particular product, service, or system under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific eligibility criteria, such as requiring users to be employees of the contracting party, to have certain credentials, or to meet age or geographic restrictions. By clearly specifying who is authorized, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access, ensures compliance with legal or contractual requirements, and protects the provider from liability or misuse.
