Common use of Qualifying Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Qualifying Expenditures. Expenditures incurred by the Grantee or Property Owner prior to execution of this Agreement are not eligible expenditures for State reimbursement. If the Project involves matching funds the State may allow prior expenditures in furtherance of the Scope of Work to be counted as part of such matching funds.
