Qualifying Experience. USGSA Form 330 for the Proposer, key personnel and its subconsultants. Include an Organizational Chart for reference. List not more than three (3) key personnel for each subconsultant category and provide a resume showing the experience on similar projects. a) For the Continuing Civil Engineering Services, it is preferred that Proposers and their key personnel have prior experience as the Prime Consultant on Continuing Civil Engineering Services at a similar Airport. Clearly identify the specific Services and/or projects related to the Services in the USGSA Form 330. b) Provide additional information on other similar services and projects which best represent the Proposer’s skill and experience in working on projects of the size, type and complexity of the advertised Service. c) Proposers and their key personnel should have prior design experience: (1) coordinating with, (2) meeting the requirements on projects funded by, and (3) in accordance with the rules and regulations of the following public/governmental agencies: the Florida Department of Transportation, the applicable Water Management District, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Orlando Utilities Commission, and other authorities having jurisdiction. Clearly identify the specific project and description in the USGSA Form 330 for each qualifying project. d) For each qualifying project, provide the name, title, address, Email address and phone/fax numbers for a reference contact person of the Proposer’s client, preferably the owner of the facility, who is familiar with the Proposer’s role on that project. Reference checks will be conducted on those projects and may be conducted on other projects.
Qualifying Experience. For each Category of Services that the Proposer proposes to perform, include a separate tabbed section (i.e., Tab 3(a), 3(b), etc.). If proposing on all six categories, include six tabbed sections, one for each category. a) It is preferred that Proposers have prior experience performing similar professional financial consulting contracts within the last three (3) years. b) It is preferred that Proposer’s key personnel have no less than three (3) years of experience performing the proposed Category of Services in airport finance or the construction industry. a) An Organizational Chart for reference b) Resumes for no more than three (3) of the proposed personnel. The same individuals may be proposed for multiple categories, as long as additional personnel are identified that are capable of sharing the workload. c) Clearly identify specific similar professional financial consulting contract(s), which best represent the Proposer’s and the key personnel’s skill and experience performing services similar to those required by the Aviation Authority. Include the client name, dates of service and a detailed description of services performed. Clearly identify the funding sources involved on each qualifying contract. Indicate prior experience meeting the requirements on projects funded with the following funding sources: Bipartisan Infrastructure law (BIL) grants, and Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) grants, Passenger Facility Charges (PFC), Aviation Authority Operations and Maintenance funding, Capital Expenditure funding, General Airport Revenue bond funding, Capital Facility Charge (CFC) funding, and other funding sources as applicable. d) Identify prior examples where the proposed personnel have worked together on other similar projects/contracts (if applicable). c) Provide the name, title, address, Email address and phone number for a reference contact person of the Proposer’s client, preferably the owner of the facility, who is familiar with the Proposer’s role on that project/contract. Reference checks will be conducted on those projects and may be conducted on other projects/contracts.

Provide a resume showing the experience of each individual on similar projects. a) It is preferred that Proposers, key personnel, and subconsultants have prior experience as the prime or subconsultant on a minimum of three (3) similar projects within the last five (5) years with a minimum construction value of not less than One Million dollars ($1,000,000). A non-exhaustive list of anticipated projects is included in Attachment A. Clearly identify each specific qualifying project in the USGSA Form 330. b) Provide additional information on other similar services and projects which best represent the Proposer's skill and experience in working on projects of the size, type and complexity of the advertised Services. c) It is preferred that Proposers and their key personnel have prior experience (1) coordinating with; (2) meeting the requirements on projects funded by; and, (3) in accordance with the rules and regulations of the following public/governmental agencies: the Federal Aviation Administration, the Florida Department of Transportation, the applicable Water Management District, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Orlando Utilities Commission, and other authorities having jurisdiction. Clearly identify the specific project and description in the USGSA Form 330 for each qualifying project. d) For each qualifying project, provide the name, title, address, email address and phone/fax/mobile numbers for a reference contact person of the Proposer's client, preferably the owner of the facility, who is familiar with the Proposer's role on that project. Reference checks will be conducted on those projects and may be conducted on other projects.

Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.

The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period. 31.02 It shall be the responsibility of the employee to supply proof of their previous experience prior to the completion of their probationary period. Otherwise, all claim for credit for previous experience shall be forfeited by the employee. 31.03 In the event of any disagreement as to credit granted for previous experience, such disagreement shall be considered a grievance, and the Grievance Procedure provided in the Agreement shall apply.
