Common use of Qualifying Clause in Contracts

Qualifying. To qualify as a religious objector, the unit member must submit a notarized statement to SEIU Local 1021, signed by an official of a religious affiliation and certifying the person’s membership in the religious body. Local 1021 shall make a determination as to the legitimacy of the claim, in accordance with applicable law.
