Quality and Performance. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall design and manufacture TrueCircuit Products in accordance with any reasonable quality and performance criteria provided by Path 1 to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall, upon request, provide on a loan basis to Path 1 a reasonable number of samples of TrueCircuit Products for testing, together with instruction and service manuals. In the event that Path 1 shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with written notice that any TrueCircuit Product offered for sale by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not comply with such reasonable quality and performance criteria, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall, within one hundred twenty (120) days of receipt of such notice from Path 1, either a) remedy the noncompliance or b) suspend the sale of the same. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall include in its agreements with its Proposed Licensees requirements comparable to those contained in this Section 2.3.
